At HiR our core service is recruitment or talent acquisition using the power of Strengths;

  2. We offer Strengths Profile assessments for the manager the role reports to and two close colleagues - it allows us to understand what the best-fit candidate looks like

  3. We work our magic to provide a shortlist to choose from

Once a job is briefed to HiR, your Campaign Manager will use various methods to find potential candidates.

This includes using our existing talent pool, AI robots to start conversations, and a team to manually search for candidates on social media, job boards, networks, and paid campaigns; all marketing expenses are included in your agreed fees.

We occasionally use traditional methods like ads on job boards, but this is NOT our core methodology, as we believe it's pretty ineffective.

Once we have a long list of potential candidates, we invite them for a 15-minute video call and ask them to take a Strengths Profile assessment.

At this stage, you will be given a shortlist of candidates presented consistently for easy comparison, and we will talk each candidate through with you and your team.

Then, your Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner will spend time with each candidate to explain the role more fully and help them prepare for an interview with you.

We will support you through every step of the process.
