Contingency Fee

HiR's standard fee for recruitment of permanent roles is 12% of base salary + superannuation/employer pension contributions.

For example:

= HiR fee $13,320 ex gst.

Base Salary £35,000 + 3% pension in UK

= HiR fee £4326 ex vat.

Invoiced on the first day of employment and payable within 14 days.

TALENT PARTNERSHIP

Retained Services

Enjoy 6% placement fees on all permanent and contractor roles by partnering with HiR under a customised retained services agreement.

For example:

= HiR fee $6660 ex gst.

Base Salary £35,000 + 3% pension in UK

= HiR fee £2163 ex vat.

Monthly fees start at $1499 or£749 and include
